Disposition versions
56. Every person who contravenes the first paragraph of section 7, section 8, 11, 12, 13, 15, 17, 18.1, 20, 31, 32, 33, 33.5, or 33.7, the first paragraph of section 36, section 38.3, the first paragraph of section 43, section 44 or the first paragraph of section 45 commits an offence and is liable to a fine of $2,500 to $250,000 for a natural person and $7,500 to $1,500,000 in other cases.
56. Every person who contravenes the first paragraph of section 7, section 8, the first paragraph of section 11, section 12, 13, 15, 17, 18.1, 20, 31, 32, 33, 33.5, or 33.7, the first paragraph of section 36, section 38.3, the first paragraph of section 43, section 44 or the first paragraph of section 45 commits an offence and is liable to a fine of $2,500 to $250,000 for a natural person and $7,500 to $1,500,000 in other cases.
